This micro-learning course aims to enable school personnel working with children to understand Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the effects of trauma on children. It will provide an overview of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and their impact on students' psychosocial functioning and well-being in our public schools. School and community-level strategies will be presented to support students, families, and school personnel.

A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion that may be used to satisfy Professional Development requirements.
