This micro-learning course will help you save time and increase your skills in safely navigating the internet, identifying icons that indicate information is being transferred securely, and protecting yourself from inadvertently revealing sensitive data. You will learn how to download, print and save files and webpages as PDFs. and how to use the CTRL key to save time and frustration when performing routine tasks.
This micro-learning course does not have audio narration. One hour of PD | CTLE credit is awarded upon successful completion. You must view all of this micro-learning course and review the provided resources to receive a certificate.
