Opioid Overdose Prevention Training
Course
Opioid abuse is a national public health issue. Timely response to opioid overdose can save lives. This NYS Department of Health (NYSDOH) approved webinar provides training for NYS schools who choose to implement Opioid Overdose Prevention and allow naloxone administration by school staff who are not medical professionals. It has been approved under section 3309 of Public Health Law for Opioid Overdose Prevention Training.
A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion that may be used to satisfy Professional Development requirements.
You must receive at least a 100% on the Post Knowledge Check to successfully complete the course and receive a certificate.
